Information you choose to provide

The contact and webinar forms may collect your name, email address, organization, the subject of your inquiry, and anything you choose to include in your message. The forms also send the page used to make the inquiry and the referring page when that information is available.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange a requested conversation, or send details about a webinar for which you registered. It is not sold. Registering for a webinar does not enroll you in an unrelated automated sales sequence.

Services involved

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Form submissions are transmitted through a Google Apps Script endpoint so the message can reach Arye. Those providers may process technical and form-submission information under their own service terms and privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information may be retained while the conversation or business relationship remains relevant and for ordinary recordkeeping. You may ask for your contact information to be corrected or removed, or ask not to receive future webinar messages.
